Backdrop Area
Rent our 10x20ft space. This area is great for photoshoots, interviews, product shoots, etc.
This does not include any backdrops, lighting, audio, or camera gear. Please see the gear rental section for more info.
This area is equipped with vinyl flooring, acoustic window curtains, and trusses. The area can be almost completely blacked out for controlled lighting. Acoustic curtains can be tied back for natural light needs.
$30 per hour.

Gear Rentals
Rent out lighting and backdrop gear.
Backdrops | Rolling paper system (black, white, green screen, light blue) 107 in x 36 ft. Collapsible backdrops (blue, grey, white, black, green screen) 5 ft x 6.5 ft - $20 per hour
Lighting | Constant and flash options.- $30 per hour

Camera and Audio Rental
Rent our camera and audio gear. Projects could include interviews, podcasting, product photos and videos, voiceovers, etc.
Cameras | We have Sony mirrorless cameras for photography and videography. - $60 per hour per camera
Audio | gear includes shotgun mics, lavs, podcast mics, and recorders. $20 per hour per mic, recorder, etc.
Overall, we can support full production camera, lighting, and audio needs.
To use the camera and audio gear, we require an Evergreen Creative Company team member to operate/manage the gear.

The agreement form must be signed.
Evergreen Team Member onsite at rental time.
Balance must be paid to reserve the booking.
Memory card transfer fee is $15. You must provide your own hard drive to transfer to.
$50 service fee plus rental hourly rates.
