Cyc Wall and Gear Information

The Cyc Wall includes the following features:

• A lighting grid with lights will illuminate the cyc wall area. Does not include ground lighting, such as lights on C Stands.

• iPad for the cyc wall lights with RGBW controls. For example, temperature and color customization.

• Up to 3 C Stands are available to use.

Notes:

• 10 people max allowed on the cyc wall area

• This is a shared space. You will have exclusive access to your set space, but there might be other guests in nearby areas. Noise pollution is also a possibility. Please inquire if you would like a closed set or control over the noise or light level. You are more than welcome to play music; we just ask that it is kept at a respectful level. ​

• You can only utilize the space or sets that are listed above. ​Other sets/set rooms can be added on for a discounted price after approval is given. Use or interaction of other sets/set rooms by you or your guest is an automatic additional charge. Automatic $250 charge.

Rescheduling:

After the rescheduling fee is paid, the new session date must be within 30 days of the original booking date. Guests can only reschedule one time. After the 1st rescheduled appointment, a new appointment must be made. Rescheduling Fee: $45.

Cyc Wall Maintenance:

The cyc wall gets a fresh coat of paint once a month, usually on the first Monday. If you would like a white, spotless floor, a fresh coat can be added for $100 if requested. Please request a photo of the cyc wall floor's current state. Mind, paint will need to be applied 24 hours before the appointment to allow it to dry.

Cleaning Fee:

• Light scuffs: $25

• Small dents, scrapes or like damage: $50

• Repainting requirement: $100

• Anything beyond listed above will be a custom quote.

Available Add-0ns:

Video and flash photography lights are available to rent. Rates are per session, per device. All gear is dependent on availability.

• Video Light: $25 per light

  • Gear List: Aputure 600C Pro II, Amaran PT2c, tube light, Zhyiun 300.

• Off-camera flash. You must provide your own trigger. We have Sony triggers available if rented with our gear: $20 per flash

  • Gear List: Flashpoint/Godox AD600, Flashpoint/Godox AD200, Flashpoint on-camera flash

• Ultrabounce Floppy: $10

• Pop-up backgrounds: $10

Sound Booth

The sound booth is designed to record various projects like podcasts, voiceovers, interviews, and more. We can adapt the space to accommodate the white sound panels or brick as a background.

The booth is equipped with lights, video, and audio gear. Depending on the project will determine what will be used. You are welcome to bring your own gear. There are rates to apply to using our gear or your gear.

The space is sound-treated with foam panels, carpet, and furniture.

BYOG: $40 per hour

Evergreen Gear: $70 per hour.

• Video Gear: Blackmagic 4k studio and Blackmagic 4k Micro Studio cameras.

• Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro SDI ISO. Ability to connect an SSD to record to with a Blackmagic Davinci Resolve Project file.

• Amaran F22c Light Panel RGB with iPad control.

• Podcast mics x2

• Tascam Sound/Podcast Mixer Board

• Break it you replace the item at full retail new cost.

• Credit card on file.

• The agreement form must be signed.

• Evergreen Team Member onsite at rental time.

• Balance must be paid to reserve the booking.

• The memory card transfer fee is $15. You must provide your own hard drive to transfer to.
